非常感謝中華民國牙醫師公會全國聯合會的邀請，今天到圓山飯店演講顳顎關節的手術治療，會後也跟許多牙醫界的前輩分享自己這幾年的心得點滴。 Thank you to the Taiwan Dental Association for the kind invitation to speak at the Grand Hotel Taipei today on the surgical management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. It was a great honor to share my experience in TMJ surgery and to exchange ideas with so many respected colleagues and senior dentists. 很榮幸這個週末受邀參與顱顏學會年會，與魏敏佳醫師一同分享這幾年在 All-on-X 全口重建治療上的臨床經驗與優化策略。今年適逢顱顏學會成立 30 週年，一路走來，真的非常感謝顱顏學會提供豐富的學習平台，讓我從前輩與同儕身上獲得許多寶貴的知識與臨床經驗，也特別感謝歷任理事長及主委一路以來的鼓勵與支持，讓自己持續成長。 It was a great honor to be invited to speak at the TCPA Annual Meeting this weekend, where Dr. Wei and I shared our clinical experience and optimization strategies for All-on-X full-arch rehabilitation. This year marks the TCPA ’s 30th anniversary. I am truly grateful for the invaluable knowledge, mentorship, and friendships I have gained through this wonderful platform.

I am delighted to share that our team's latest research on TMJ arthroscopic discopexy has been officially accepted for publication in the prestigious journal, Journal of Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery . Our study's  multivariate analysis  indicated age (odds ratio [OR]: 1.041; p =0.010), absence of spontaneous disc reduction (OR: 3.164; p =0.009), and rotational displacement (OR: 1.901; p =0.038) as independent predictors of persistent disc displacement . 這週很榮幸到泰國曼谷參加由Nobel Biocare第一次舉辦的APAC大會。第一天與澳洲的Prof. Lydia Lim，越南的Prof.Vo Van Nhan共同擔任一場Quad zygoma的Hands on講師。第二天擔任Masterclass(主題是Full arch evolution to zygomatic implant)講者之一，與四位資深的OMFS大師一起同台演講，由來自義大利的Prof. Enrico Agliardi主持，與澳洲的Prof. Lydia Lim，印度的Prof. Gunaseelan Rajan，越南的Prof. Vo Van Nhan共同演講，可以在這麼大的盛會跟四位大師一起同台演講，學習到非常多寶貴的知識，也是人生中非常寶貴與難得的經驗。

這禮拜參加 2026 在香港舉辦的亞洲口腔顎面外科大會，受大會邀演講顳顎關節主題，分享自己這幾年在顳顎關節合併咬合不正的患者治療的一些方式與心得，會後也與在場的醫師互相交流。三天的會議下來，滿滿的寶貴資訊，跟許多大師學習到很多寶貴的經驗，也結交了很多朋友，留下很棒的回憶。

很榮幸由成大矯正科也是本次大會副會長暨學術組長張禎容醫師邀請，參與今年的 TAO 年會演講。本次演講內容分享了臨床上顎骨畸形合併咬合不正的患者，針對顳顎關節的不穩定，以手術方式來改善患者的治療經驗。現場能與不同領域的大師前輩一同分享交流，收穫良多。翻開臉書回顧發現，跟三年前 (2022) 是同一天受邀 TAO 演講，真的是特別的一天。

很榮幸再次被邀請到蘇明圳矯正診所演講。這次把這幾年遇到的幾個主題打包在一起做分享：包含顳顎關節吸收 condylar resorption ，正顎手術或是矯正 OGS/ortho 過程中發 顳顎關節內部紊亂 arthrogenous TMD 需要手術介入治療，以及 顳顎關節腫瘤 TMJ tumor   造成顏面不對稱 facial asymmetry 需要合併正顎手術的案例。 也很開心可以藉由這個寶貴的機會跟大家交換心得與討論，一起學習。
